Please review your order carefully before submitting. Once accepted, cancellation requests may not be honored. If we cancel or modify an order, we will attempt to notify you using the contact information provided at checkout.

All returns or exchanges are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
You confirm that your purchases are intended for personal or household use and not for resale or export.

ARTICLE 4 – PRICING AND BILLING

Prices, discounts, and promotions may change without notice. The price charged for a product is the price in effect at the time of your order and will be confirmed by email.
Unless otherwise stated, prices exclude taxes, shipping, handling, customs duties, and import fees.

Shipping and delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs clearance, or events beyond our control.
Once products are handed over to the carrier, title and risk of loss transfer to you.

You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in ’s-Hertogenbosch, The Netherlands, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.
