Welcome to FitSupplyLab.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”, “Agreement”) govern your access to and use of the FitSupplyLab website and any related products, services, content, features, or tools (collectively, the “Services”).
The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Coremotion Holdings LLC, a United States limited liability company, doing business as FitSupplyLab (“FitSupplyLab”).
FitSupplyLab is powered by Shopify Inc., which provides the ecommerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
By visiting our website, browsing, purchasing, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Services.
ARTICLE 1 – ELIGIBILITY & ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITY
By using the Services, you confirm that:
- You are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction or
- You have obtained permission from a parent or legal guardian.
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when making a purchase or creating an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You may not transfer, sell, or assign your account to another party.
ARTICLE 2 – PRODUCTS & SERVICES
We make reasonable efforts to display products accurately. However:
- Product images, colors, and appearance may vary by device
- We do not guarantee that product descriptions will meet your expectations
- EMS is a muscle activation tool and is not intended for use by individuals with pacemakers, heart conditions, or during pregnancy. Consult a physician or your doctor before use.
All products are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at any time without notice.
We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse service, or restrict sales at our sole discretion.
ARTICLE 3 – ORDERS & ACCEPTANCE
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase.
An order is not accepted until payment is successfully processed and confirmation is issued.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or pricing errors.
If an order is canceled, you will be notified using the contact details provided at checkout.
ARTICLE 4 – PRICING, PAYMENTS & BILLING
All prices are listed in the applicable currency shown at checkout and may change without notice.
You agree that:
- All billing information provided is accurate
- You are authorized to use the payment method
- You will pay all charges incurred
ARTICLE 5 – SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Once an order is handed to the carrier, ownership and risk of loss transfer to you.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control.
ARTICLE 6 – RETURNS & REFUNDS
All returns, refunds, and exchanges are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
ARTICLE 7 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on the Services - including logos, trademarks, text, graphics, videos, and designs - is owned by or licensed to Coremotion Holdings LLC, doing business as FitSupplyLab, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content without prior written permission.
ARTICLE 8 – THIRD-PARTY TOOLS & LINKS
We may provide access to third-party tools or links.
We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, services, or policies.
Use of third-party services is at your own risk.
ARTICLE 9 – SHOPIFY PLATFORM DISCLAIMER
FitSupplyLab is hosted on Shopify Inc.
All transactions are between you and FitSupplyLab directly.
Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales, fulfillment, or customer service, and you release Shopify from any related claims.
ARTICLE 10 – PRIVACY
Your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy and, where applicable, Shopify’s Privacy Policy.
ARTICLE 11 – USER FEEDBACK & REVIEWS
By submitting reviews, feedback, or suggestions, you grant FitSupplyLab a worldwide, royalty-free license to use such content for marketing or operational purposes. You confirm that your submissions do not violate any third-party rights.
FitSupplyLab does not claim that user reviews represent typical results. Individual results from using ImpulseX may vary and are dependent on factors including, but not limited to, individual body composition, consistency of use, and adherence to a healthy lifestyle. Reviews are the personal opinions of users and should not be interpreted as medical advice or a guarantee of specific outcomes. We reserve the right, but have no obligation, to monitor, edit, or remove content that we determine in our sole discretion is unlawful, offensive, or makes unsubstantiated medical claims that conflict with our regulatory compliance guidelines.
You confirm that your submissions do not violate any third-party rights.
ARTICLE 12 – ERRORS & CORRECTIONS
We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time, including after an order has been placed.
ARTICLE 13 – PROHIBITED USES
You may not use the Services for:

Violation may result in immediate termination of access.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation of the Services.
ARTICLE 16 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FitSupplyLab shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
ARTICLE 17 – INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FitSupplyLab, its owners, affiliates, and partners from any claims arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
ARTICLE 18 – SEVERABILITY
If any provision is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
ARTICLE 19 – ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms, together with referenced policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and FitSupplyLab.
ARTICLE 20 – ASSIGNMENT
You may not assign these Terms without our consent.
We may assign this Agreement freely.
ARTICLE 21 – GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.
ARTICLE 22 – CHANGES TO TERMS
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
