Refund policy

We do our best to deliver your order to your satisfaction. However, it may happen that a product does not fully meet your expectations. Therefore, we offer a 90-day risk-free trial period.

Are you not satisfied? Then you can return the product within this period, provided it is in its original condition, with labels and without excessive use.


Return conditions and guidelines:

  1. Please send us an email in advance to support@fitsupplylab.com and let us know that you wish to return the order or parts of it.
  2. If we can accept the return (within the permitted timeframe), you will receive further instructions from us.
  3. Pack the returned product safely and securely in the original packaging.
  4. Send the package to the return address you received from our customer service.
  5. The shipping costs for a return shipment are at your own expense. Return shipping costs vary depending on location and carrier.
  6. Send the Track & Trace code to our customer service.
  7. Upon receipt and inspection of the product, we will process the refund within 7 days via the original payment method.

Damaged or defective products
Did your product arrive damaged or defective? Please contact us within 5 days after delivery. To speed up the process, we may ask for a short video showing the issue. Only with this footage can we assess whether it is covered under warranty. Is the defect covered under warranty? Then we will send  a new item free of charge. After 5 days, our standard return policy applies. 

 

Can I return the product without contacting you?
No, that is not possible. You must contact us first before returning the product so that we are aware of the shipment and can track the shipment for proper processing.

 

My delivery failed, what now?
If your order unexpectedly did not arrive - for example, because the package was lost by the carrier or due to an address error - we are ready to resolve this. Have you still not received your order after 21 days? Then please contact us within 7 days so that we can resend your order free of charge.

What is not eligible for reimbursement?

  • Lost return shipments because the package was not sent via a traceable and insured service
  • Severely damaged return shipments due to poor packaging
  • Returns sent to the wrong address
  • Returns falling outside the period
  • Return costs
