Refund policy
We do our best to deliver your order to your satisfaction. However, it may happen that a product does not fully meet your expectations. Therefore, we offer a 90-day risk-free trial period.
Are you not satisfied? Then you can return the product within this period, provided it is in its original condition, with labels and without excessive use.
Return conditions and guidelines:
- Please send us an email in advance to support@fitsupplylab.com and let us know that you wish to return the order or parts of it.
- If we can accept the return (within the permitted timeframe), you will receive further instructions from us.
- Pack the returned product safely and securely in the original packaging.
- Send the package to the return address you received from our customer service.

The shipping costs for a return shipment are at your own expense. Return shipping costs vary depending on location and carrier.
- Send the Track & Trace code to our customer service.

Upon receipt and inspection of the product, we will process the refund within 7 days via the original payment method.
Damaged or defective products
Did your product arrive damaged or defective? Please contact us within 5 days after delivery. To speed up the process, we may ask for a short video showing the issue. Only with this footage can we assess whether it is covered under warranty. Is the defect covered under warranty? Then we will send  a new item free of charge. After 5 days, our standard return policy applies.Â
